Join us for East Park Pool’s Splash & Dash every other Wednesday from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. This is probably the most beautiful course in Los Alamos, taking you out the back gate on to the Canyon Rim Trail behind the pool as the sun is going down. It’s a timed swim-run event open to everyone. You don’t need to be an East Park Pool member to participate. Entry is $5 per participant. Register at https://eastparkpool.org/splash-and-dash.
There are three distances to choose from:
Long Course: 400m swim + 5K run
Medium Course: 200m swim + 3K run
Short Course: 100m swim + 1-mile run
Whether you are training seriously or just looking for something fun to do with the family, Splash & Dash is a great way to get moving this summer!
